Shur-Lock II

The Shur-Lock II is a band-clamp coupling designed for secure, air-tight connections across HDPE, PVC, and other conduit materials. It features a clamped HDPE body with an integrated O-ring seal, providing reliable performance in a range of installation conditions. Commonly used where different conduit types must be joined or where a high-integrity mechanical connection is required.

Aluminum Reverse Threaded

Aluminum reverse threaded couplings provide a mechanical connection for HDPE conduit using opposing left-hand and right-hand threads that draw the conduit ends together as the coupling is tightened. The aluminum construction offers corrosion resistance and lighter weight than steel alternatives. Installation requires only standard tools, making it a practical solution for direct-bury and general purpose conduit joining.

Aluminum Barbed Coupling

Aluminum barbed couplings provide a high-strength mechanical connection for HDPE conduit, designed for applications requiring strong pull-out resistance such as directional boring. The barbed profile grips the conduit wall along its full circumference, creating a secure, pull-resistant connection when installed with a hydraulic press tool.

E-Loc (ETCO)

The E-Loc coupling is designed for joining different conduit types, including smoothwall and corrugated duct, as well as transitions to PVC or threaded conduit. Its elastomer sleeve creates an air- and water-tight seal, making it well-suited for standard conduit connections where material compatibility is required. Not intended for pulling applications or high-tension installations.

Flanged Maintenance Pipe (FMP) - Split Steel

Flanged Maintenance Pipe (FMP) is a split steel sleeve coupling designed for repairing and reconnecting existing HDPE conduit, particularly where the pipe is damaged or out-of-round. Its two-piece, bolted design allows installation over in-place conduit without removing or disconnecting the line, making it well-suited for maintenance, retrofit, and field repair applications.

Molded Electrofusion Couplings (Central Plastics)

Electrofusion couplings provide a permanent, pressure-rated connection for HDPE conduit and pipe systems. Each fitting contains embedded heating elements that fuse the coupling to the pipe wall, creating a continuous, fully restrained joint. Commonly used in pressure applications and systems where long-term joint integrity is critical, electrofusion requires a compatible fusion processor for installation.
