Aluminum Reverse Threaded
Aluminum reverse threaded couplings provide a mechanical connection for HDPE conduit using opposing left-hand and right-hand threads that draw the conduit ends together as the coupling is tightened. Split-Lock+
The Split-Lock+ is a reusable, split coupling designed for installations where conduit ends are not accessible. Its two-piece design allows it to be installed over existing conduit, making it well-suited for temporary connections, slack-loop applications, and air-assisted cable jetting setups.
Flanged Maintenance Pipe (FMP) - Split Steel
Flanged Maintenance Pipe (FMP) is a split steel sleeve coupling designed for repairing and reconnecting existing HDPE conduit, particularly where the pipe is damaged or out-of-round. Molded Electrofusion Couplings (Central Plastics)
Electrofusion couplings provide a permanent, pressure-rated connection for HDPE conduit and pipe systems. Each fitting contains embedded heating elements that fuse the coupling to the pipe wall, creating a continuous, fully restrained joint. Commonly used in pressure applications and systems where long-term joint integrity is critical, electrofusion requires a compatible fusion processor for installation.
