Cookie Policy

Effective Date: August 2026

Effective Date: [set at launch] Last Updated: [set at launch]

This Cookie Policy explains how The Galloway Group, Inc. (“Galloway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on teamgalloway.com (the “Site”), and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to function properly, remember your preferences, and provide information about how the site is used.

We also use similar technologies including pixels, tags, web beacons, software development kits (SDKs), and browser local storage. In this Policy, we refer to all of these collectively as “cookies.”

Cookies may be session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. They may be set by us (first-party cookies) or by a third party whose services we use (third-party cookies).

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary cookies Required for the Site to operate. These support core functions such as network security, load balancing, bot protection, and remembering your cookie preferences. These cannot be switched off, and we do not require your consent to use them.

Analytics and performance cookies Help us understand how visitors use the Site; which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, where errors occur; so we can improve it.

Advertising and marketing cookies Used to deliver advertising and measure its performance across the web. We do not currently use advertising cookies on the Site. The only cookies in this category are set by Google when you choose to load an embedded Google Map (see Section 3). We do not run retargeting or interest-based advertising campaigns from the Site. If that changes, we will update this Policy and our consent banner before any advertising cookies are used.

Functional cookies Remember choices you make, such as region, form entries, or previously viewed products, to provide a more consistent experience.

Analytics and functional cookies, and the Google Maps cookies described above, are set only where you have consented through our cookie banner, or where we are otherwise permitted to do so by applicable law.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on the Site are placed by third parties, including analytics providers, advertising networks, and embedded content such as Google Maps. Where a page includes an embedded map, Google may set cookies from its own domain when the map loads; embedded maps on the Site do not load until you have consented to the relevant cookie category. These parties may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Site and other websites over time, and may combine it with information they hold from other sources.

We do not control how these third parties use the information they collect. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies:

5. Your Cookie Choices

Cookie banner and preference centre. When you first visit the Site, our consent banner (provided through HubSpot) lets you accept, reject, or customise non-essential cookie categories. Non-essential cookies are not set until you make a choice. You can change your preferences at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer.

Global Privacy Control and other universal opt-out signals. We do not sell or share personal information (see our Privacy Policy). We nevertheless recognise the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other browser or extension-based universal opt-out signals: where we detect such a signal, we treat it as a refusal of non-essential cookies for that browser or device. Because these signals are stored in your browser, you will need to enable them separately on each browser and device you use. You can learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site works.

Google Analytics. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

If you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device, you will need to set your preferences again.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. There is no common industry standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, and the Site does not respond to them. We do respond to Global Privacy Control signals, as described in Section 5.

7. How Long Cookies Last

Cookie durations are set out in the table in Section 3. No cookie we set is retained for longer than 24 months from the date it is set or last refreshed. Where required by applicable state law, we will ask you to renew your consent to non-essential cookies at least once every twelve months.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. The “Last Updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
