Service providers who perform functions on our behalf for example website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, analytics, and IT support — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for those parties’ own independent marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics. We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels on the Site. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, and you can change your preferences at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer.
Some pages include embedded third-party content, such as Google Maps. When embedded content loads, the third party may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address; on the Site, such content loads only after you have consented to the relevant cookie category.
Although we do not sell or share personal information, we recognise the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other universal opt-out signals: where we detect one, we treat it as a refusal of non-essential cookies for that browser or device.
Full detail, including a list of the cookies we use, is in our Cookie Policy.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. In general:
| Information | Retention |
|---|---|
| Contact and quote request records | Up to 7 years from the last interaction, to support ongoing customer relationships and meet tax, accounting and legal record-keeping requirements |
| Newsletter and marketing subscriber records | Until you unsubscribe, plus a minimal suppression record kept indefinitely so that we do not contact you again |
| Website server logs | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics data | Up to 26 months |
| Cookie consent records | Up to 24 months |
Where information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it non-identifiable.
6. Your Choices
Marketing emails. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us using the details in Section 11. We will still send you transactional messages such as quote responses and order-related communications.
Telephone contact. If you provide a telephone number with a quote request or inquiry, our sales team may call you about that inquiry. We do not use automated dialling systems or send marketing text messages. If you prefer not to be contacted by phone, tell us in your inquiry or when we call, and we will note it on your record.
Cookies. You can manage cookie preferences using the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer, or through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy.
Global Privacy Control. We honour GPC and similar universal opt-out signals. See Section 4.
Do Not Track. There is no common industry standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, and the Site does not respond to them.
