If you've ever had to wrestle, wrangle and cuss to try to fit two ovalized pieces of HDPE together, this coupler is guaranteed to make your life a whole lot easier . . . at least as far as getting those two pieces of pipe together. Check out the installation video by clicking the picture at the bottom of this page and you can see the real world scenario of being down in the muck and mire with a job that has to get done. That's bad enough, but having to shove two ovalized pieces of wet, cold, unpliable pipe into a perfectly round coupler, well, the sentence enhancers are about to cut loose. Using our rounding coupler the job is a comparative breeze.
Due to the fact the inside diameter (I.D.) is the same as the outside diameter of IPS pipe it's great when you have to join same sized HDPE to PVC or steel pipe. Also works as a quick repair if your shovel damages a piece of plastic pipe. Look, if you gotta' work with underground utilities, this is a must have item to keep on hand. Check out the video below.
